It was a pleasure working with Carl Johnson throughout the search and purchasing process for our condo. Carl was always accessible and responsive to us and very patient. It was intimidating not knowing who the website choses for you to work with, i was very lucky to have carl johnson he was familiar with the areas, and also invested so that made him very knowledgeable. It was exactly what i needed. Century 21 was a very good choice to go with.

My first purchase had alot of learning lessons to it. Overall i couldnt be more happy, even though we hit some speedbumps that we couldnt control. Carl was so understanding about everything. And he was very helpful in getting me a good deal on my house, getting to know my needs, and when everyone else didnt have any answers for me, he was always able to give me some sort of closure. As i said it was my first time buying, i was learning as i was going. He knows what hes doing, hes very experienced, and hes the right guy to look for even if its just alot of questions. The closing gave me a headache, but it was all for a good cause in the end. I had a great deal, a beautiful house, and a happy family.

Carl is a dedicated and attention to detail driven realtor. I always felt like he was in my corner and genuinely sympathized with us during our first home buying experience. In hindsight, there are some things I would have changed, namely our lawyer and inspector, but Carl was always available and did his absolute best to support us in the process. Carl has compassion and understanding in a very stressful situation and was an abject professional.

Carl was instrumental in finding the perfect home for me and my family. He was always timely and flexible with scheduling the viewings. He remained patient and uplifting when we ran into roadblocks.

Carl was a great realtor! Even though my Husband and I were looking at homes far from his office, he had no problem going there extra long miles for us. Carl had great patience with me, as I can be very picky and opinionated, but hey this was our first home purchase :). Carl was not only a realtor for us, he was a good friend, who cared to make sure that we found a house that felt like home that we would enjoy for years to come. After a good six months, we found a place that we really liked, in the location we wanted, in a nice quiet neighborhood and with a nice backyard! As the great realtor Carl is, he not only came through with finding us a home but he had great recommendations on home this you'll need such as a home inspector, a floor restoring company, etc. My Husband and I really appreciated Carl's hard work, dedication and patience (especially when we had none, lol) during one of our most exciting, frustrating but rewarding and blessed time in our lives. Carl Johnson did an outstanding job selling our home and assisting us in finding a new home to purchase. He was prompt, professional and accessible throughout the process. He listed our home for about 35K more than we thought it should have been listed and he just said, "Trust Me", so we did. The gamble paid off as we sold well above what I thought we could get and for that I'm grateful to Carl.
